The Progress Review is a follow-up session designed to assess improvements, refine your training approach, and prescribe tailored exercises after completing services like Advanced Gait and Movement Evaluation or Form & Function Screening. We’ll revisit movement patterns, stride mechanics, strength levels, and injury risk to provide expert recommendations that support your long-term development.

You'll receive updated biomechanical insights and personalised exercises to enhance performance and reduce injury risk. Your exercise prescription, accessible via Training Peaks, includes detailed descriptions and instructional videos to ensure correct technique and progression.
