Service Description

This session evaluates how you walk or run to identify inefficiencies, imbalances, and injury risks, offering tailored insights to improve movement efficiency. Using treadmill observation and video analysis, we assess stride length, foot placement, joint motion, and overall alignment. A biomechanical review follows, measuring posture and movement efficiency. You’ll receive immediate feedback, plus a summary detailing strengths, weaknesses, and personalised exercise recommendations, including technique adjustments and strength-building exercises. After the session, you can opt for a progress review or receive your exercise recommendations digitally via Training Peaks. Preparation: Wear fitted clothing—shorts or leggings ensure clear limb visibility.
