Training for an Event?

No matter your sport or distance—from 5km efforts to ultra-endurance pursuits—receive personal support throughout your training journey. Choose a plan duration that matches your goals and lifestyle.

You choose the event, I’ll help you prepare for it!

Bespoke week-by-week training plans are designed to help you plan training in preparation for your event.

The training plan's concept is straightforward. First, we will determine the preparation time needed, or you can tell me your available duration.

Once your starting point is established, you will receive a comprehensive plan beginning from week one.

We will also schedule periodic reviews to ensure you stay on track.

The plans will encompass all facets of training, including warm-ups, stretching, progressive strength training, and structured run sessions.

I’ll track your progress in real time and provide tailored feedback to keep you moving forward. We’ll stay connected through regular WhatsApp check-ins, ensuring your training feels supported and responsive every step of the way.

Training plans are priced at £10 per week.

For plans lasting longer than 8 weeks, payment plans are available to help spread the cost.
