Progress Review Performance Check‑In & Training Reset The Progress Review is your dedicated follow‑up session to make sure your training is working for you. Whether you’ve completed a Coaching Clinic, Running Clinic, or you’re partway through a training block, this session gives you the clarity, confidence, and direction you need to keep moving forward. Together, we’ll look at what’s going well, what needs adjusting, and how your body is responding to your current training load. You’ll leave with refreshed technique cues, updated strength and mobility priorities, and a clear set of next steps tailored to your goals. What’s included: - Review of recent training, progress, and performance - Discussion of wins, challenges, and any emerging niggles - Technique refresh (running or movement, depending on your needs) - Updated strength, mobility, and training recommendations - Clear next steps for your upcoming block Ideal for: Athletes wanting accountability, clarity, and expert guidance as they progress through their training journey.
