This ensures your plan reflects both your ambitions and the realities of your day‑to‑day life. Movement & Physical Screening Targeted assessments of strength, mobility, and flexibility to identify imbalances and highlight opportunities for improvement, helping you move more efficiently and reduce injury risk. Gait & Biomechanical Video Analysis For runners and long‑distance walkers Slow‑motion treadmill and overground footage is reviewed to assess cadence, stride length, posture, and foot strike, identifying ways to move more efficiently and comfortably. Equipment Review Your footwear, kit, and training tools are evaluated for suitability, with practical recommendations to ensure your equipment supports your goals. Personalised Action Plan Your tailored plan provides clear, actionable guidance across technique refinement, strength and conditioning, mobility strategies, injury‑prevention support, and equipment recommendations. Every element is designed to help you train efficiently, build resilience, and progress sustainably. Coaching Support & Next Steps Following your assessment, you can continue with a four‑week Training Peaks action plan, choose a discounted training plan aligned with your next event, or add coaching blocks for extended guidance and accountability.
