The evaluation identifies key areas for improvement, helping you refine your technique and build resilience. Following the screening, Sarah Walker will create a personalised action plan, available via Training Peaks or through a progress review session, ensuring you stay on track with expert guidance. A detailed report outlining findings, recommendations, and strategies for injury prevention is also available at an additional cost, providing deeper insights into your biomechanics and training needs.
